MAKE A SMILE Program has over $5,000 funded in 2006
Zonta of Sandusky is proud of our branded community program, the Make a Smile program; this project is a joint effort of the Zonta Club of Sandusky Area and Erie County Health Department and is funded through donations collected for this project. The Make a Smile Program provides oral healthcare services for Erie County children and women, whose economic status places them at high risk of developing dental disease. Most funding is appropriated for medically based, dental services. It is our hope to raise the self-esteem of women and children by improving their smiles.

United Nations Committee: Will devise ways and means of bringing about closer relationships among other Zonta clubs. Attend functions of other service clubs and organizations within our community and provide information to membership

Ways & Means: This committee’s primary function shall be to research, plan and execute fundraising events that will support the budget of the Status of Women/Service Committee’s service projects.
