First Annual RUN 4 A SMILE event was a WIN WIN for all!
On Saturday, December 17, 2011, the Run 4 A Smile winner, Pam Goff took advantage of her 2 minute time span to shop, shop, shop at Kreimes Grocery Store in downtown Sandusky.
And that is exactly what she did!
Pam secured just under $450 worth of ham, meat, paper towels, toilet paper and diapers and filled nearly 2 grocery carts. But, here is the best part of the whole story...she donated everything to St. Stephens food pantry.
The Christmas spirit does not get any better than that.
Thank you to Sharon Traut for selling the winning ticket and for playing a key role in making this event come to life. And thank you to EVERYONE who helped make this first year a $1,752 success. Patients in need will be well served by these dollars that were raised.
