Welcome and thank you for your interest in the Zonta Club of the Sandusky Area. We invite you to enjoy our website as you learn about our club, its accomplishments, its commitment to services which benefit our community, and its affiliation with Zonta International. Through Zonta International and United Nations our purpose is to work to improve the legal, political, economic, educational, health and professional status of women locally and internationally.

Zonta Club of the Sandusky Area was organized in 1961 as the 480th Club to receive a charter from Zonta International. Two charter members are still active. Local projects include scholarships, Make-a-Smile children's dental program, support for a home for domestic violence victims, and numerous other community service projects.
The Zonta Club meets for a noon business meeting lunch the second Tuesday of each month (except July and August) at the Community at Parkvue, 3800 Boardwalk Blvd. Sandusky. The fourth Tuesday of each month (except June, July, August, November, and December) Zonta meets at 6:00 p.m. at Plum Brook Country Club, 3712 Galloway Rd. Sandusky for a program of current interest and concern. Each Zontian serves as an active member of a committee and has opportunities to participate in a wide range of service, social, and fund-raising events.
