Welcome and thank you for your interest in the Zonta Club of the Sandusky. We invite you to enjoy our website as you learn about our club, its accomplishments, its commitment to services which benefit our community, and its affiliation with Zonta International. Through Zonta International and United Nations our purpose is to work to improve the legal, political, economic, educational, health and professional status of women locally and internationally.

Zonta Club of the Sandusky was organized in 1961 as the 480th Club to receive a charter from Zonta International. Two charter members are still active.
Our Primary Service and Program emphases are:
- Preventative Health
- Mentoring & Leadership
- Advocacy
- Essentials for Living
Local projects include Scholarships, Make-a-Smile children's dental program, support for a home for domestic violence victims, and numerous other community service projects.
The Zonta Club meets once a month for either a noon business meeting luncheon at the Quality Inn Suites, Royal Palm Room, Sandusky or a Dinner meeting at 6:00 p.m. at the N.O.M.S. facitlity, Sandusky. Catered dinners by Creative Cuisine. Dinner meetings are highlighted with hands-on service activities or interesting speakers/programs. Each Zontian serves as an active member of a committee and has opportunities to participate in a wide range of service, social, and fund-raising events.
